It's International Women's Day!  Celebrated every year since 1975, this day is an opportunity to mobilize for equality between women and men, to take stock of the achievements and the points of improvement of the place of women in society.

At the corporate level, there are many challenges to be met for effective equality and inclusion. 

Within the Group, numerous actions have been implemented in order to achieve our goal of 30% women in senior management and managers, such as the Women at Arkema mentoring program, which allows women to be supported in the development of their careers and to improve their skills in a caring environment. In order to reaffirm our commitment to the subject, we have also joined this year the program, Women Empowerment Principles led by UN Women. 

This year, the Day is dedicated to the theme "For an inclusive digital world: innovation and technologies for gender equality". At Bostik, women play a central role on the subject of digital.
